Received a Damaged Item?

We meticulously package our products, but sometimes accidents happen in transit. If your product arrives with defects or physical damage (we're not talking about a dented box but the product itself), please report it within 72 hours of delivery. Send a snapshot of the damage to hello@maximutt.com, and we'll assess if you qualify for a free replacement. Sorry, we can't cover damages from regular use, wear and tear, or, well, doggy disasters.
