Getting Your Order Ready
After you place your order, give us 1-3 business days to get it all packed up and ready to go. During super busy times like holidays, we might need up to 7 business days (we want everything to be perfect!). Once it's all set, we'll hand it over to our trusty carrier, and it's one step closer to your doorstep!

It's super frustrating when packages go on their little adventures. Yours seem to be lost or someone else decided they needed it more than you, let us know right away at hello@maximutt.com. We'll jump on it, though do keep in mind that once your order leaves Maximutt HQ, it's in the carrier's hands.
